It is possible that some parents may not approve of what I do and I want to be sensitive to their concerns so I have taken the following steps and policy changes in response:
No pictures in the galleries and albums are downloadable. The only way to get a picture is to purchase a print of it.
Any time a picture is purchased, we receive notification of the purchase.
If a parent does not want their child's pictures made available to them I will remove those pictures and permanently destroy all digital photographs/files where their child is the primary subject.
If the child is a secondary or tertiary subject and all sets of parents agree I will destroy those photos as well. Once the digital images are destroyed, they cannot be recovered for printing at a later date.
To have photos removed, Please send me an e-mail with the following information:
- Date of the game
- Team Name
- Player Number
- File name (e.g. Tigers_vs_ Chargers_k231.jpg)
Upon receipt of this information I will remove the photos within 2 days.
